BEFORE BOOKING
Each service is booked separately. If it's your first time please book a consultation with a stylist so they are able to see your hair and advise the best cause of action. Please book a finish for your services, i.e., blow-dry or rough dry. A patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to your appointment for first-time clients and clients not visiting for 6 months or more. We take a £50 deposits for any appointments that require longer services to provide us with security of no shows/last-minute cancellations. |
BOOKING COLOUR
If you are booking colour for the first time or you are unsure of what you normally get then give us a quick call or email to discuss further- We have your history and notes on the system! If you are unsure of what to book, please DO NOT book online but instead call or email for further clarification or to book a colour consultation. Regrettably, if you have booked online and it is the wrong service, we might have to turn you away! Sorry! Don't risk being turned away! Having a quick chat over the phone can only help! |
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES
We respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations/reschedules for your appointments. Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations that are made 48 hours or more prior to your appointment, any notice less than 48 hours then we do keep the deposit. Please let us know if you cannot make it to your appointment, even if you haven't paid your deposit, your appointment can go to someone else! |
